1. Our standard shipping is 3-5 business days

2. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing of your orders!

3. Tracking shall be updated as soon as possible

4. We are not responsible for lost property once it is shipped and you have your tracking information. We ask that you contact the shipping company for more information!

5. We do not send damaged jewelry or accessories. However, if you receive a damage property, please report to us within 24 hours of

receiving the items or your forfeit your return. In addition, the item must not have been worn or used, it must be returned in the package we sent to you!

2. PLEASE allow for 7-14 days of processing the orders and 2-5 days domestically for shipping. For shipping internationally it is 7-14 days!!

3. Shipping days does not include weekends and holidays!!!

4.  FOR the safety of our customers, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES!!

5. It might not take the full 7-14 days to process your order, we request that you give us the time to prepare the best product for you!! Thank you!!

• For accessories and Jewelry, we do not send out to our customers damaged or used products. If you receive a damaged product contact us within 24 hours within of receiving the items with proof of the damaged product, it must not have been worn or used. if not you forfeit your claim! If you have  worn or used the product there is NO REFUNDS! OR EXCHANGE!
